NovelaSubs collects the minimum data needed to run a membership streaming service. We do not sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, password (stored hashed).
• Membership data: your tier and subscription status. Card details live with Stripe, not us.
• Watch data: which episodes you watched and where you paused, so resume works.
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and authentication, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Vimeo for video delivery). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

• You can update your account details anytime from your account page.
• You can request deletion of your account and data — see account deletion.
• You can ask us what data we hold about you via the contact page.
